Terms & Conditions

These draft terms describe the intended ViewMyListing V2 service model and require legal review before commercial use.

Service

ViewMyListing.com, a service of Taro Systems, Inc., provides software, property-marketing tools, property websites, media tools, buyer/showing workflows and related fulfillment services for homeowners. ViewMyListing is not represented by these terms as a real-estate brokerage. MLS services, when purchased, are provided through a participating licensed real-estate professional under separate required agreements.

Packages and payments

The planned Homeowner Direct package is $479 and the planned MLS + Complete package is $779. Package contents, refund/cancellation rules, domain terms, sign fulfillment and MLS requirements will be finalized before launch. Real-estate commissions and buyer-broker compensation are negotiable; VML savings examples are illustrative and do not include every possible selling or closing cost.

Seller responsibility

The homeowner is responsible for accurate property representations, lawful advertising, disclosures, access for showings, and review of all information before publication. Property claims may require verification before public activation.

AI and virtual staging

AI tools are intended to assist with presentation. Users must not use AI tools to conceal defects or materially change permanent property characteristics. Materially staged images must remain identified as virtually staged where required by VML or applicable listing rules.

SMS terms

When a user affirmatively opts in, ViewMyListing may send account, listing, buyer inquiry, showing, service-status and related transactional SMS messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Opt-out requests will be honored for the applicable messaging program. Marketing messages, if ever offered, will require the consent appropriate to that use.

Prohibited use

Users may not submit false claims to property ownership, impersonate others, upload unlawful material, interfere with the service, attempt to access another user's private data, or use the platform to mislead prospective buyers.

Final legal terms

Limitations of liability, dispute resolution, governing law, refund policy, intellectual-property provisions and other binding terms will be added after counsel review and before accepting commercial customers.
