Issue:  Top Google Ranking Module (powered by ViewMyListing.com) licensing is based on an agent being VML Active in Pro Gold XP.   There are a few key points that will greatly assist you in understanding how activation works.

Resolution:  Steps for activating/de-activating an agent on Top Google Ranking Module in Pro Gold XP:

•          Each agents Top Google Ranking Module account information is maintained in the ViewMyListing.com Information section of the Agent Information record

-          Go to main Properties Tab

-          Select Agent Information icon

-          Select General Tab

-          View ViewMyListing.com Information section

•          Activate an agent on Top Google Ranking Module:

-          By checking the Active box on the General Tab

-          By checking the VML Active box in the Viewmylisting.com Information section

•          De-activate and agent on Top Google Ranking Module by removing the check in the VML Active box

-          Manually de-activate an agent on Top Google Ranking Module by removing the check in the VML Active box

-          An agent can also be de-activated on Top Google Ranking Module by removing the check from the Active box on the General Tab (i.e., Make an agent record Inactive)

•          Make sure you only activate the number of agents you signed up for:

-          The Dashboard option on Top Google Ranking Module which is available to an Top Google Ranking Module account with the VML Admin box checked displays the total number of active Top Google Ranking Module agents in the Agent section of the dashboard report:

•          Login to Top Google Ranking Module account

•          Select the Dashboard button

•          Scroll down to the Agents section

•          Displays total Top Google Ranking Module Active agent count
