Scott Miktuk, the Broker in Charge, and manager of Weichert, Realtors - Five Star Realty, Inc., has been involved in the real estate industry since 1994. Scott, and his wife Franki, became Weichert franchise owners in 2006. Born and raised in Western New York State, he worked in construction and on the family farm. Scott relocated to Rock Hill, after attending 4 years of college at Oswego University of New York. Scott is also known locally as the owner of Sunrise Construction Inc. and has been a General Contractor since 1994.
