After leaving a career as a Physician Assistant in Winston-Salem, My husband & I relocated to Emerald Isle on the beautiful "Crystal Coast". We began, owned & operated a succesful specialty sport retail business for 16 yrs.
I obtained my real estate broker’s license in late 2005 and GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute) designation in early 2006. Since then, I have familiarized myself with neighborhoods throughout Carteret & Onslow counties and gained the RSPS (Resort & Second-home Property Specialist) & SFR (Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource) certifications. Recently, I became a "Certified Distressed Property Expert" to help homeowners understand & achieve a Short Sale and avoid potential Foreclosure.
