IN 2010 my wife and I were in the market for a home for our son to live in while he attended school and would also use the home as a place to invest part of our retirement funds in while we owned the home.
We first called Leslie to show us a small home in our neighborhood which turned out to be less than we were looking for. Leslie listened to our concerns regarding our needs. We wanted a home in a stable neighborhood that would hold its value or increase and we wanted a home that would be easy to resell when our son finished school.
Leslie quickly prepared a list of homes that she felt met our criteria and set up viewings. She even showed us a few homes we had found just driving around as they were part of the multiple listing service.
