"Last November I decided to put my unit at The Gates on the market, as I was moving to Florida after the first of the year. I had been associated with the office of Joe and Bonnie Celli and, even though I had very good feelings about their organization, I decided to call Maureen for a market analysis. Obviously, I was in Maureen's "farm" as I had received correspondence from her form time to time. I had done a lot of research on my own and had a very good idea of where I wanted to price my unit. I also called two other offices in the area. From the time Maureen walked into my home, I knew she was the person I wanted to handle the sale of my property.
