Jim Zarkadas has been a practicing real estate broker for over 14 years. He has been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions from counseling clients in buying and selling, to helping them negotiate, to making sure the transaction closes. Jim's philosophy is that he just doesn't have a client for a transaction but a client for life.
