Biography

H Bradley Ress, Agent, Lang Realty, grew up in Malverne, Long Island. A graduate of Valley Stream North, I attended the University of Tampa and
went on to graduate from C.W.Post College. A resident of New York City, I worked for United Merchants and was later transferred to Los Angeles where I launched my furniture business in 1980. Eager to capitalize on a good thing, I positioned myself against mass merchants and pioneered the entry of futon furniture from Western Civilization into the United States. As I honed my skill in the development of futon furniture and their accessories I expanded my company interests to include a wide variety of new product lines, patent many of the original futon frames and provided innovative ideas and strategies to
numerous companies.
In 1986, I started Innovative Sleep Concepts with three partners where I managed all aspects of sales and marketing nationwide, developed and
designed new products and packaging. I developed an account structure, which resulted in increased sales annually. I led ISC's efforts in structuring,
negotiating and executing into a successful company. In 1992, I sold Innovative Sleep Concepts to International Bedding Corp, Ft Lauderdale, Fla.
I established residency in Florida in 1993 and was appointed VP of Design for International Bedding Showrooms in High Point, NC and San Francisco, CA.
My position was instrumental in the creation and development of metal and wood futon frames.
In 1996, I created New Media Productions where and developed the concept for Furniture Vision, which provides a "virtual showroom" environment for
catalogs on CD.
In 1998, due to my extensive experience and knowledge of the industry, I was called upon by Jean and Kasey Kasem (Disc Jockey, "Top 40") to manage California "Little Miss Liberty" in Beverly Hills. For the next two years, I expanded my experience to include Licensing, and Public Relations.
As an innovative sales executive and veteran furniture designer, my career has taken me across the continent and abroad. Bringing a wealth of knowledge from my former positions, I decided to enter the Real Estate business.
I then decided to formed "On the Water Development," established to build and develop prime, waterfront property & commercial shopping centers in South Florida. Recognized for my success in development and innovative business
strategies, I spearheaded the company, feeling confident that we could meet the unique demands of South Florida Real Estate and find great success in our new venture as we did in bringing futons to America.
In 2006, I joined Lang Realty to develop my newest endeavor BabyBoomerFloridaRealEstate.com. A web site directed toward the 8,000 babyboomers retiring every month over the next 10 years. If you aren't familiar with my name, more than 21,000 out-of-state independent real estate agents are
through my innovative e-mail campaigns and Web site. This new endeavor has quickly become a very profitable approach in real-estate in the current market.
My avid interest in the Arts was instrumental in establishing young professional group with the Boca Museum of Art. At the same time I serve on
many charity and cultural organizations.
