Im Martin Bengston and I am passionate about providing outstanding customer service and listening to the desires and needs of my customers throughout the entire process. I have proven over the years to be one of Denvers most successful Real Estate professionals.
I have built my success and reputation upon establishing long lasting relationships with my clients and you can ask anyone who has ever worked with me, that I keep a sharp focus on always achieving the best results for my clients. That is why I have been recognized as a Five-Star Award Winner in 2012, 2013 and now 2014 in the 5280 Magazine September Issue. I have also achieved the extremely coveted recognition of being a Certified Platinum Agent.
Im also the Co-Founder and Employing Broker of Inspired Real Estate, an agency founded on the principles of always providing superior services and solutions through innovation and integrity and being Inspiring to those we serve.
The number one ethic at Inspired Real Estate and the Martin Team is taking care of the customer! For this reason, our organization is designed to provide expert service during every step of the transaction. We believe the customer is the center of our universe. We hire experts to manage the different parts of the transaction so everything goes smoothly. We employ expert staff in the following areas: Sales, Staging, Photography, Contract-to-Close, Listing Management & Marketing, Operations & Quality Control, Loan Consultation, Insurance, and Title & Escrow Services. Our customers have an entire team to ensure a 5-star experience.
Traditional brokerages have little or no concern with the customer (buyer/seller) and leave it 100% up to their self-employed real estate agent to deliver the knowledge and service (or lack thereof). This means there is no consistent quality or standard of care and minimal service by virtue of the capacity of the single agent. All of this is risky for the customer.
Our leaders in the organization have sold at least 30 homes in order to understand the customer experience. We require our leaders to work in all facets of the company, including the sales, contract-to-close and customer response in order to truly understand our customers.
Other real estate companies are filled with sales managers and leaders who are full of good intentions but have no real experience working with the customer, or whose experience is no longer relevant in today’s market. In these companies, the systems, tools, and advice for customers comes from theory or outdated practices.
Another reason to consider using Inspired Real Estate or myself is technology. Other brokerages leave technology choices up to their agents. This means there is a lack of consistency because each agent is allowed to use different systems and usually operates based on their own individual preferences. We think you and your home or investment is far to valuable to be left to the long ranger agent and whatever tools they may have at hand. That is why we have made significant investments in our technology. All of our agents are trained to use our technologies, tools and systems in order to deliver the service standard that I require.

Dear Prospective Buyer,
I recently purchased my first home from Martin Bengston (Inspired Real Estate) and I wanted to let other buyers know how smoothly and effortlessly the entire process was for me. As a first time buyer I was basically a deer frozen in the headlights and did not have what I would call solid experiences with my first few contacts with real estate agents.
After two months of dealing with agents that were looking at me like I was an insect due to my price range being too low for their egos or the clown that had a hidden agenda with every move he made I opted to start fresh and do a search for LGBT Denver real estate agents. I met with Martin and regaled him with my recent real estate agent woes. He immediately made me feel at ease with his upfront honesty, sense of humor, as well as a detailed plan of attack to get me into the house that I wanted and could afford. After my experiences with the other agents I was almost shocked when he called and told me to be out in front of my house for pickup en route to showing me houses. The previous agents never once offered to pick me up nor did they offer to work around my schedule. Martin made me feel like I was his only client when we were working together.
We didn’t strike gold immediately on the first few units or offers that were made. As a newbie to home buying I was disappointed but Martin managed to pick up my spirits and kept me from getting discouraged. One of the things I greatly appreciated during this difficult and stressful time was the fact that Martin was answering my calls, emails, and text messages right away and never left me hanging with questions or concerns. His patience and ability to take a negative and turn it into something positive (or a good learning experience for a newbie) for me made this well worth the time we put into finding the right place. Trust is the key to doing business and I never felt like something was awry or off kilter with Martin because he has ethics and sticks to his guns when it comes to doing things the right way.
Along came my townhouse…we made an offer the week of Thanksgiving and on Thanksgiving day I got a call from Martin congratulating me on becoming a home owner. My entire family was impressed with the dedication he had for one single client and the efforts he made to get me the most bang for my purchasing power. Martin truly went the extra five+ miles to get me everything I wanted and even more. I got the best belated Christmas gift when I was able to turn the key and open the door to my new home on December 30th 2013. I think of him as more than my real estate agent but rather a good friend on this entire experience.

I would recommend Martin to family and friends. He goes above and beyond what you would normally expect from the average Realtor. Martin assisted us for more than six years in searching over a 400 mile square mile area to find the home we were looking for. His client communication skills are excellent as we were conducting most of our search from California. He even took the time to pick us up and return us to the airport.
