Biography

Born in Circleville, Ohio in 1956, my family moved to Lancaster, Ohio when I was 3 years old. My father passed away when I was 5. At an early age, I became interested in real estate and was the first 18 year old to purchase a home in Lancaster, Ohio. I married, Kathy Gillooly, in 1975 and we moved to California in 1978, with our son, Travis. In 1998, I finally jumped in the Real Estate business and was one of the best decisions of my life. I spent 6 years as a partner for Hill Top Real Estate but when my younger son, Daniel, graduated UC Santa Barbara, he decided to join me. In 2005, we purchased Southland Properties, and over the years our business has grown tremendously and is now one of the most productive offices in the San Gabriel Valley and the #1 Independent office in the Valley and the Inland Empire. Our business is based on agents who have been with Southland Properties for over 20 years, honesty, integrity and friendships.
