Beau Otis is a true leader in the real estate industry. Beau dipped his toes in the real estate market in his early twenties. He spent two years working as a Realtor for a prominent local brokerage. He loved the business but with a growing family was in need of a more steady income so he left real estate. Beau spent the next eight years managing operations for a logistics company and enjoyed his career but not as much as he loved real estate. So with his mother’s encouragement and his wife’s blessing, he jumped back into real estate head first and never looked back. Beau’s in-depth knowledge of the buying and selling processes is second to none. He is extremely organized and a logical thinker allowing him to stay calm in high pressure situations (traits that were fine-tuned from his career in logistics management). Beau is a huge proponent of continuing education, allowing him to stay on the cutting edge of market trends.
