Summary:  The Pro Gold i2 package includes a company website which automatically integrates Pro Gold i2’s back office information that includes agent information, agent rosters and your company listings.  To utilize the site you will need to make it available under your existing company URL.  The technique for making a web page available under more than one URL address is know as URL redirection, also called URL forwarding.  

Resolution:  This article provides an overview of the process needed to redirect your existing company website to the company website provided with your Pro Gold i2 package.

•         How to implement the redirection

•   There are two ways to switch over.  Either way works fine and no matter which option is selected you will continue to advertise your current company web site with its existing URL. 

•   Option 1:  Have your IT person or current domain provider forward your existing company website URL (e.g., www.xyzrealty.com) to the company website URL provided by TARO Systems, Inc. (e.g., www.xyzrealestate.com).  Under this option, the site you provide the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is the site provided by TARO Systems, Inc:  e.g., www.xyzrealestate.com.

•   Option 2:  Have your domain provider change the A record to the IP address 12.207.213.216.  Under this option, the site you provide the MLS is your existing company website URL:  e.g., www.xyzrealty.com
