Summary:  The company website provided with your Pro Gold i2 package uses a template based web design.  The template is fully operational upon release and incorporates the company images (i.e., Logo and company pictures) that you provide.  The site automatically integrates Pro Gold i2’s back office information which includes agent information, agent rosters and your company listings.  Agent and company listing information on the site are managed automatically via Pro Gold i2.  Pro Gold i2’s back office feature quickly populates your website bringing it online within minutes.  The site also automatically integrates all listings available within your MLS and publishes them as unique pages on the internet.  All listing pages utilize Taro’s proprietary SEO strategy to achieve Top ranking on Google.  Each page contains the ability to capture and forward lead information directly to Lead Manager via Pro Gold I2’s back office connectivity.

Resolution:  This article provides an overview of how to access the website template functionality to setup and customize your settings.

Helpful Hints

•         Company Logo and Picture files:

•   These items are controlled and loaded by TARO Systems, Inc.

•   E-mail Company logo file and from 1 to 4 Company picture files to Support@Taronetwork.com

•   Files submitted must be “High Quality” photo images

•         How to Access your Company Website and Login to Admin page:

•   Enter URL provided from Taro Systems, Inc. in PC web browser

•     Note 1:  Site only supports use of Windows Internet Explorer editing purposes

•   Select the Site Admin option at bottom of page to open Login window and access the Admin page

•   Enter Username and Password

•      Username:  Admin

•      Password:  dev??????  => Consists of the lowercase letters dev and ID # provided from TARO

                                                                        Systems, Inc.

•    Click Ok button

•    Click the Site Admin option at bottom of page to open login window

•         Editable fields on Admin page:

•   The Admin page will display 10 editable text fields

•   Each editable text field is preceded by the word “edit” in red letters enclosed in parentheses

•   Selecting the edit option opens that particular field for edit

•   Current character count and maximum character count allowed in field are displayed at top of edit screen

•   Can only control upper/lowercase of text entered; cannot control font (e.g., type, color, size, etc…)

•   Click the Save button to save and close the Edit screen

•   The last editable text field at the bottom of the page is to be used for your MLS Disclaimer statement

•         Miscellaneous website settings/features:

•    Agent Tab:  Top three agents in the company are displayed at the top of  the tab (Based on new listings within the last 30 days; Updated daily)

•    Home Tab (Main page):  The two most recent listings entered in Pro Gold i2 are displayed in the Featured Real Estate For Sale section on the Main page (Updated daily)
