Navigation:  Pro Gold Main menu => Transactions menu => Agents and Offices menu => Agent Information icon


Summary:  Agent information on company website is managed via Pro Gold i2.  For more specific information on certain situations, see below for Frequently Asked Questions about agent information on the company website.


1.       How do I remove an agent that is no longer with us?

•          Select the appropriate agent record in Pro Gold i2

•          Uncheck the Active checkbox in Commission Tab of Agent Information

•          Verify the that the VML Active box in the VML Tab of Agent Information is also unchecked

•          Click Save Agent button

•          Synchronize to

     At Main Menu, select the option

     Click the Synchronize icon

     Click the Synchronize Now button

     Wait for the synch to finish


2.       How do I remove an agent when they are shown twice?

•          Check Pro Gold i2 for duplicate agent records

•          Click the Find button in the Agent Information icon

•          Type the last name of the person in the search field at bottom of dialog screen and see if more than one record shows up that belongs to the person in question

•          If not, search by first name

•          If you find two or more records for the agent, retrieve each record

•          Review each

•          Determine which one to use

     De-activate the record you don’t want to use

3.       Why are there three agents shown at the top?

•          Top three agents based on new listings within the last 30 days will always be displayed at the top of the agent tab on the company website


4.       Can we show all the agents one just one page?

•          No


5.       Where does agent profile information populate from?

•          It can come from two sources:

     The Profile section from the Agent’s account

     The Biography/Personal Profile field in VML Tab of the agent information record in Pro Gold i2


6.       How do I get more information on the agent?

•          Click agent photo to display agent profile information on the company webpage

•          Click the URL to access the agent’s VML webpage


7.       How do I upload an agent photo for the company website or

•          Agent photos must be added via the agent’s account

•          Enter your User Name and Password and login to

•          Click on the “Edit” option in the My Profile section to update your profile

•          Click on the “Upload Photo” link

•          Use the “Browse” button to search for a picture to upload to

•          Double click on the desired photo

•          Click the “Upload” button to save the photo to

•          When the photo finished loading, you will return to the profile edit page. Click the “Save Profile” link to save the changes
