•         Alternative Method:  Download and Install the most recent version of Pro Gold i2:

 

-     Be sure to update all of your workstations to this version (Especially the PC hosting the database)

-     Make sure all PC's are out of Pro Gold

-     Then go to each PC and do the following:

•   Right click on the Red Paper Clip Pro Gold Utilities icon located in the System Tray in the bottom right

    corner of the PC screen (If you do not have the Red Paper Clip visible,  maximize the tray or run "ProGold Utilities" from the Start menu - "All programs" .If you still cannot locate "ProGold Utilities" use the Alternate method listed below)

•   Select the Download Update option

•   Select Yes to the install update prompt

•   Wait for download/install to finish

•   A “Detected Applications Warning” screen may appear if there are any open applications that need to be closed

•   Close the applications listed and then click “Retry” to continue with the Pro Gold i2 update

•   The “Downloading Pro Gold i2” screen will appear to download and install the updates for Pro Gold i2 and Pro Gold Utilities

•   Pro Gold i2 will open when the update is finished

•   Login into Pro Gold i2 and verify the program version (3.12.xxxx)

      1 - Fixed display of the bank information on the deposit report associated with the Current Deposit Only option in the Deposit Tab in the bank account. The report now displays the bank name information vice the word error.

      3 - Modified layout of menu screen options at the top of the property record in Pro Gold i2 database. Also, added MLS button designed to be able to update a property individually from the MLS import (Run the import for just that property). Note: The button only works with specific type MLS feeds. If the button is Active it means your MLS feed supports this feature. If the button is Inactive (i.e., grayed out), your MLS feed does not support this feature at this time

      4 - Added a Re-Send Showing Notice button to resend Showing Notification emails. This feature is accessed by selecting a particular showing event in a property and selecting the book icon. It is displayed in the bottom left corner just below the Notes field.

      5 - Modified the Commission Disbursement Authorization Statement to allow apostrophes in the Co-Op office name.

      6 - Added the ability to change the companies ViewMyListing.com profile information.

      7 - Enhanced Speed Performance when finding a transaction under the "work with properties" tab.
