Subject: How to Setup the MLS Feed to Run Automatically (Type C Feeds)

Summary: The Pro Gold i2 MLS Feed brings information from the local MLS board into Pro Gold i2. This feed can be run manually or setup to run unattended where it will automatically bring the updated information from the MLS into Pro Gold i2. This is only available for Type C MLS feeds.

Procedure: Actions to setup the MLS Feed to run unattended in the Pro Gold Utilities Task Scheduler.

Step 1: Right click on the Pro Gold Utilities icon (Red Paper clip), located in the System Tray in the bottom right corner of your screen

Step 2: Select the Launch Utilities option to open the Pro Gold Utilities screen

Step 3: Select the MLS Interface option

Step 4: Select Task Scheduler icon

a. If a task is already in the task scheduler, either modify the task or delete it and enter a new one (Make sure there is not more than one task scheduled at the same time)

Step 5: Click the Add New Task button

Step 6: Use the dropdown to select the Server and Database to add the task to

Step 7: Click the Add Task button

Step 8: Enter the Task Name as MLS Interface

Step 9: Use the dropdown in the ProGold Task field to select MLS Feed option

Step 10: Enter the MLS Feed Code/Board ID in the Parameters field (See Possible Issues section below for information where to find the MLS feed Code/Board ID)

Step 11: Leave the Run As and Password fields blank

Step 12: Select the Schedule Tab

Step 13: Verify that the Schedule Task field is set to Daily

Step 14: Select a Start Time for the MLS Import to run (See Possible Issues section below for Start Time recommendation)

Step 15: Set the Schedule Task Daily field to every “1” days

Step 16: Click on the Save and Exit button to reset the Next Run date to tomorrow

Step 17: Click the “X” in the upper right corner of the screen to close the Task Scheduler

Step 18: Close the Pro Gold Utilities screen

Possible Issues:

• The MLS Feed Code or Board ID is needed to schedule the MLS Import to run unattended:

- Login into Pro Gold.

- At the Main Menu, select the MLS Interface option

- Select the Import / Export Utility icon

- The MLS Feed Code along with your feed name will be listed in the Select from below field

• When setting the Start Time for the MLS Import Task, be aware of the time that the MLS Board makes new information available through their data feed. Typically, 6:00 AM is okay for most feeds.
