Subject: Updating the Settings on Pro Gold Utilities

Applies to: Pro Gold i2 3.0

Issue: In order to properly utilize the SingleEntry, Single Source feature of Pro Gold i2, all computers that have Pro Gold i2 installed must have the most current settings of Pro Gold i2 Utilities.

Resolution: Follow the steps below to update the settings of Pro Gold Utilities.

• Locate the red paper clip icon in the lower right part of the taskbar (near the time).

- If the red paper clip icon cannot be located in the taskbar, click on the Start Menu, select All Programs, Pro Gold Enterprise, and click on Pro Gold Utilities.

- The Pro Gold Utilities screen will appear.

- Select the “File” menu at the top of the screen and click on “Exit”. The Pro Gold Utilities screen will close, but the red paper clip icon will remain in the bottom right area of the taskbar.

• Right-click on the red paper clip icon.

• Highlight the “Crest” option.

• Click on “Settings”.

• On the “Realogy Interface” screen, click the “Defaults” button.

• Click “Yes” to reset the settings to their default values.

• Click “Save” to save the new settings, then “Close” to close the screen.
