Subject:                    Missing Icons in Pro Gold i2 3.0 Menus (Missing Themes Files)

Issue:  During the upgrade of Pro Gold i2 to a new version, the Themes files can be missed. These missing files cause a failure of the main menu icons to appear.

Resolution:  Follow the steps below to download and run the Themes file:

•          Click on the link below to access the themes3-0.exe file

http://www.taronetwork.com/pg2002/download/themes3-0.exe

•          Save the file to the Pro Gold i2 folder. This is usually located in c:/Program Files/Pro Gold

•          Go to the Pro Gold i2 folder and locate the themes3-0.exe file

•          Double click on the file to extract the files- this will create a Themes folder in the Pro Gold folder with the missing files

•          Repeat the process for all workstations that are having the problem
