The status field FOR ALL CUSTOMERS will be initially inserted and updated as follows:

On the insert: (First time entry/Adding a brand new record)

IF MLS STATUS	PRO GOLD (PG)
NULL/EMPTY	‘Listed’
If it has a value it gets converted to PG corresponding value.	Canceled, Closed, Deleted, Expired, Lease, Listed, Off Market, Pending.

On update: (the MLS number is in PG already)

IF MLS STATUS

PRO GOLD (PG)

NULL/EMPTY

KEEP PG VALUE

Any Valid Value

Like: Canceled, Closed, Deleted, Expired, Lease, Listed, Off Market, Pending
