Description: Charleston Trident Association REALTORS® (CTAR) IDX Data Feed for Pro Gold

Download and setup the import driver for Association REALTORS® .

This only needs to be done once.

1. From the Setup tab select Download Live Update.

2. Select Custom

3. Enter CHTAR in the space provided and select continue. This will download the Association REALTORS® driver.

4. You will be prompted to enter a User Name and Password which is provided by your local board. For the URL, enter:

www.ctarmls.com.

5. Update your office(s) from the Property menu under Office Setup and enter your board name Association REALTORS® and enter your office ID.

6. Update your agents with their MLS Board Name and select their MLS ID from the list if available. Note: agents will not be assigned to a listing unless they have been assigned a Board Name and Entity ID.

Importing Your Listings from Association REALTORS® IDX data feed– This should be done daily.

1. From the Pro Gold Setup menu select Import/Export Utility menu.

2. Select on “Select from Below” and click Association REALTORS® and click open.

3. Click on the retrieve button. This will download your listings from the IDX FTP site to your local computer.

4. Click on Import, you will be prompted when finished.
