Mr. Preston Hall has successfully completed selling my house on Julian Road. The house belonged to my parents and as they aged, certain maintenance items were ignored or just overlooked. In preparing the house for sale, Preston helped coordinate with many of the repair contractors. This was extremely helpful as I live and work in the Carolinas and Georgia area. Additionally, Preston became my eyes and ears during the repair process and communicated on the progress we were making on a regular basis. In the sixty days the house was on the market with Coldwell Banker Vaughan, we actually had two contracts, one of which backed out, but successful on the second. My previous realtor had the house on the market for 6 months with only one prospect, a remodel reseller. As a realtor, Preston not only worked for making the house presentable, but was also well informed on fuel oil tank issues, where to get vacant property insurance and numerous other small details, that if left unattended, could have cost us the sale of the house.
