Troy graduated from Belmont University in Nashville where he studied Psychology and Major Religious Studies. He received his license from Continual Learning Institute Tennessee Real Estate Educational System and continues to educate himself in the growing trends of the technology-based business of real estate today to become more knowledgeable and better able to serve his clients. This dedication to further his education in every area of real estate has translated into absolute success for Troy. He has been awarded with several honors for his dedication to his clients including Lifetime Awards of Excellence for the Greater Nashville Association of REALTORS®, 2007; Quality Service Producer for Century 21; and Master Producer, 2004, 2005, 2006. He is a Multi-Million Dollar Producer closing an average of $4,500,000 annually for the last four years with a Total Sales Volume of $34,000,000!
Troy is more than a successful Real Estate Professional. He truly cares about the needs of his clients and community. This is evident by the time he volunteers at his church, First Baptist Donelson, where he serves as Deacon. Troy is also a coordinator of our homeless outreach program, Room in the Inn, where he teaches in the youth department and attends camps and other events. Troy has devoted more than eight years to youth basketball and little league baseball. “I enjoy coaching because it allows me to spend more time with my children as well as an opportunity to reach out to other kids and give them a passion for participating in sports and learning life lessons that will help them in everything that they do.”
When not working hard to meet the needs of his clients, Troy enjoys spending time with his wife Julie and their children John, Luke, and Jude. They enjoy attending Vanderbilt sporting events together. Troy is extremely energetic, personable, and reliable. He is known by all of his clients for his optimistic attitude and sense of humor.
