I have over 30 years business experience in various industries; however, real estate has always been my passion that is why I have chosen it as a profession. Over the years I have seen friends and relatives struggle with real estate decisions and transactions, they either didn't know enough to make good decisions or thought they knew more than they did, either way I felt they could have done better. It is all about eductation, you cannot make a good decision if you don't have all the facts. When purchasing a home, the price is only one of many factors to consider and too many times people don't know or understand the importance of the other factors until it is too late. It is the same when selling, if you do not have ALL the facts, it is impossible to make a good decision on how and when to proceed. I feel it is important that my clients know all the facts, good and bad, so they can make the right decision for them. Afterall, the decision has to be right for them as it is their life that will be affected, no one else. I love real estate, can you tell?
