Biography

Graduated from Ball State Univeristy in 1978 and obtained my Indiana Brokers License in 1979 while employed by American National Bank and Trust Company. My primary reponsibility was managing real estate assests in various trust accounts. In 1986 went to work with Ball Associates managing income producing property in multiple states. Earned my Certified Property Management Designation (CPM) in 1992. In 1996 started working as a consultant with Ball Memorial Hospital helping coordinate the construction of numerous medical clinics, in late 1996 earned my CCIM Designation. In January 1998 began my association with with Coldwell Banker Commercial Lunsford.
