Biography
|
|
Born in Puerto Rico, I came to Panama City in 1977. My children were small and in school and being the protective mother I am, I volunteer in school to assist the teachers. Soon after that, I created an enrichment curriculum to teach Spanish. I prepared, taught it and enjoyed it. I still have some students recognized me in the stores. That was a very rewarding experience. My father has always bought and sold homes in Puerto Rico, our own, of course. I am my daddy's girl..I learned to appreciate the business from a small age. Today I own several properties, which I manage, and love the feeling of finding a good deal. To take advantage in real estate you need to find an agent who shares your desire to find what your are looking for and is ready to work.
Education is never ending. During the years, I have taken several courses in property management, 1031 exchange, mortgage broker, relocation, buyers broker, marketing strategies and some courses in Excell and data management. Presently I am enrolled at Harris Real Estate University taking courses in Short Sale, Loan modification and Asset Management.
My goal is to put my experience to work for you, my client, to assist you acheive you goal.
