Michael Labout…
Michael has been a residential REALTOR since 1982 in Colorado Springs, Colorado and has been with ERA Shields Real Estate as a top-producing agent since 1986 and is the Branch Broker for the North main office. He holds the CRS, CSP, e-PRO and GRI designations.
He believes in giving back to his Associations and profession and has served as President of the Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS, the largest local Association in Colorado and was “REALTOR of the Year” in 2007.
He has served in numerous positions such as a Director, Vice-President, State Treasurer and was President of the Colorado Association of REALTORS in 2006 and was honored as “REALTOR® of the Year” for Colorado in 2009.
He also serves on the Board of Directors for the National Association of REALTORS , recently graduated from NAR’s Leadership Academy and is the NAR Region 11 Vice-President for 2012.
Married to wife Laurie for 27 years, Michael and Laurie sponsor cadets for the United States Air Force Academy and their passion is following and attending Formula 1 and Open Wheel racing events all over the world.
